Welcome to Sorelli's Brick Oven. We have a passion for good food and quality service! Located in the center of Covington's historic shopping and arts district. Sorelli's Brick Oven serves the Northshore's best pizza pies and delicious, original Italian cuisine. Every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients. We make our own dough every day and hand toss every pizza. We use organic products and work with local farmers whenever possible.
Sorelli's means Sisters
Sorelli's is owned and operated by sisters Leslie Guy and Lauren Strazisar. The restuarant business runs in their veins. Their mother Sandra serves as General Manager and has been in the industry for over 25 years. Sandra brought Leslie and Lauren up with a strong work ethic and a passion for good food and quality service. That passion is evident when you visit Sorelli's. You can expect to see Head Chef Leslie presiding over the kitchen, while Lauren and Sandra oversee the front of house operations. You might also spot Big Pappa Sorelli "holding court" with a table of friends. Anyway you slice it - you'll feel the spirit of Familia when you visit Sorelli's Brick Oven!
